SUMMARY
The film begins by showing the various activities of La Rochelle’s ocean laboratory: research into fish migration patterns, the battle against marine parasites on ships’ hulls… etc. The second part of the film deals with sturgeon fishing in the Gironde estuary and the making of caviar.
